Friggin Exhaust Bolts

This may not be exhaust exclusive but it has to do with the headers sooo....

I was trying to remove the egr to change the ignition coil and snapped a nut inside the header. I got a V6 and don't plan on going 8 so I was wondering if I could just get aftermarket headers without the egr opening since the egr doesn't work anyways, or if I should replace the egr and get aftermarket headers with EGR. Either way I want aftermarket headers and this is my excuse.

I was also wondering if I got aftermarket headers for a 3.1 if they would work on a 3.4 as well?

So, how many suppliers of aftermarket headers have you identified for 3rd gen V6's?

Even if you can find headers for it, you need to keep te EGR unless you get into chip burning. The computer runs more timing advance with the egr enabled, and will cause detonation if EGR is in-op. You need to disable EGR in the ECM.
