which magnaflow to buy

i want true duals...and i have a guy that can get it fitted without taking ALL of my clearance from me...i was thinking hooker headers with an H pipe...maybe X but i think the H will be easier could be wrong though? and then i was thinking just dual 2.5s all the way because i only have a 305...but my goal is to get it to run 12's so maybe 3's..im not a pro on this lol. but which magnaflow should i get cuz i know they have ones w/ 3" inlets..3.5" inlets...and like 4" long 6" long and so on...i was looking at the round ones too..with this set up should it sound pretty mean and should i get some good performance out of it? im not gonna run cats either

Magnaflow makes mufflers specifically for f-fodies. They come in Stainless steal and aluminum. My friend has the aluminum on his '98 T/A.

Now the question is which one would you prefer? The stainless steal or the aluminum?

I would suggest 2.25" for true duals. Or 2.5" non-true duals.

EDIT: On straight-thru mufflers, the exhaust pipes should be the same as the muffler's inlet. Most likely 2.25" (not 2.5").

So I think you can go 2" on true-duals if you're using Magnaflows.
