Hooker vs Hedman Headers
I currently have a set of the Hooker (shorty style headers) 2460 1- 5/8x 3" Collector
and was planning on changing to the longer Hedman Standard 68460 1-5/8 X 3" Collector. How different is the sound and performance gain between the two headers. I think that 1-5/8" is better match for the street than the 2210 for max low end torque. Whats your take on this and which of the three will be better for my combo:
The combo is in the Signature.
1.) Hooker Super Competition 2210 1 3/4x3"
2.) Hooker (shorty style headers) 2460 1 5/8x3"
3.) Hedman Standard 68460 15/8", 3"
Thanks

I went from edelbrock shorties to heddman FL's back when my car was still TPI and ran 13.7 @ 99 all of the time. When I put the FL's on the car started running 13.6 @ 100 all the time, so I guess they were worth some HP. I am still running the FL's with this combo.
