First, you have to ask the right question. The answer to "Who makes a hedder for a 1985 camaro iroc/z with a 383 with vortec heads and the new vortec tpi intake manifold?" is "Nobody". Because Chevrolet didn't make a "1985 camaro iroc/z with a 383 with vortec heads and the new vortec tpi intake manifold," and aftermarket header manufacturers make them for specific applications. Since this particular one never existed, nobody makes them (besides, "Hedders" is a trademark of Hedman).

Now, if you had asked what headers to use on such a vehicle, then the stickies at the top of this forum provide a bunch of information. What you have to understand up front is how you intend to operate this beast, and whether little details like ground clearance or emissions are a factor for you.
