The Hookers are a lot lower than the Hedmans though.

Footnote #135: "Transmission size limited to 700R4 and 350 Turbo."

#109 is also interesting: "Dual exhaust only, limited ground clearance."

I had a set of the Headman longtubes on my old 86 TA with the T5. You will need to grind down the bell housing around the slave cylinder, as well as dimple the collector to get enough clearance. I regretted getting the Headman LTs after they were on.

They will not fit. Do not grind down the bell housing near the slave cylinder. You need to notch and weld the header for it to fit. I did the same thing last year. If you are looking for a set already done, I have a set.

I didn't have to notch or grind anything...worked out well for me.
