Hooker 2055 questions

I just received my Hooker 2055 headers coated from ACS for 91' RS 305 w/ TBI. I noticed the O2 bung is welded on the back(firewall) side of the collector on the driver's side. Stock manifold has the sensor pointing forward. Will this be a problem during install? Looks like there's enough clearance to the rear for the sensor, but I dont think the wire will be long enough to reach around to the rear. I was wondering if the bung is welded on the back for some engines, and should be welded to the front for mine.

I got the headers with the EGR tubes since I plan to keep all emissions equipment. Are there any fit up issues hooking all the EGR equipment to the new headers? Passenger side header install looks like it will be a real adventure!!

First off those tubes are not for the egr, they are for the AIR system. With that aside, the o2 bung is welded to the rear because it would contact the k member if it was in the front. just stretch your o2 wire some or you could buy an o2 extension.

You will have enough slack in the stock harnes to connect your 02. Virtually all shorty kits tailored to 3rd gens are this way for the clearance reasons 25TH mentioned.
