My qtec isn't working. I had my car parked outside from last oct til this august (not running). I disconnected the wiring to drop the exhaust. Put a new battery in, wired it back up after the new battery and now it won't open.

I tested the switch, it's putting out good voltage. The wiring tested good also. I sprayed some pb blaster on it for now.

I'm thinking either it's stuck from being outside in the weather, or the motor is done. Any thoughts?
