I sent in a used set of hooker 2055s, a new y-pipe to match that I sent to them. I also had a Summit cutout shipped directly to them from Summit. Everything came back perfect. I'll have some pictures soon.

How are you gonna weld on the cutout without damaging the coating? Or are you just going to clamp it on?

I'm pretty sure ACS welded the flanges on before they were coated, because the flanges were welded onto the cuout, and everything was coated when it arrived at my door.

forgot about the weld on flanges, lol... and I had mine sitting right here when I typed that, lol. What size cutout did you get? I got the 3" Summit peice. I like it, but I'll probably change out the wingnuts for stainless hex nuts and just carry a 9/16" box end around in the car.
Did your cutout come with a tool to tighten and loosen the wingnuts? Mine didn't, but a Flowtech set I got for my cousin did come with one. Looks like a small pipe bent 90* and has a slot in one end.

I also got the Summit 3 inch one. I was planning on using nuts, but I never got around to it. The wing nuts have been on tight for a week now. Just buy an open end wrench for the proper nut size, or get an electric cutout, which I am going to do sometime soon.
