I am running a 1987 MAF TPI setup and have had to swap out exhaust parts more than would normally care to. I originally had dual 2 1/4" without a crossover, then went to a dual 2 1/4" with an X-pipe. Now, I have a single 2.5", and have noted a dramatic improvement in the operation of my engine. Overall, it runs smoother and quieter than ever before, and seems to have more power. Had I done it over again, I would have planned on a single 3" mandrel bent exhaust from the start. Now, I will put that on the list of things to do when I have a good excuse. Has anyone else had a similar experience with the L98?
