I just paid $70 from a friend of the family for what is supposed to be a cat.It looks like a small muffler but the in pipe and the outpipe are in the exact same spot in otjer words you can see right through it when you look into it.He sais its a cat made by some company it does have the bracket on it ,etc,But are you supposed to be able to see right through it?

 

I believe you are supposed to be able to see through it... it has some type of honeycomb filter in it.

That's all I really know about cats..
