Loud and Proud

I want my car to sound like a beast. I like the deep throaty, ground shaking sound, but droning isn't my friend considering I'll make many 1 hour or more one way trips when I get my license and my dad will make of these while he is "checking" my car. lol. It doesn't matter if it's dualed or single, I just want a good sounding exhaust.

-Oh yeah, I have a pretty much stock 305

Chop your muffler off. Costs nothing, sounds mean.

easy.

cut off your muffler BUT make sure the exhaust exit is past your rear bumper, not under the car. If its under the car it will resonate like hell, you dont want that

Y-pipe into a 3", exiting out behind the pass side door. Put a muffler (3" in/out) where the cat was.

I have something like that, and its nice an quiet at cruise rpm, but sounds RAUNCHY at full throttle, and at idle its got a nice rumble.
