Glowing driver side exhaust manny....?

Last night showed everyone my car, didn't abuse it cuz it's so weak, it's pointless. Used to my GTP I guess. Anyway, after I start heading home it gets really weak, shifting funny <----in order for it to shift I need to lift my foot off the gas. It feels like it's running on 4 cylinders, but it's not missing.

I get home, turn off the engine, look under the hood and see the driver side manifold glowing orangish-red! Whoah!!!! Never seen that before.

Anyway, it did set off an SES light so this morning I took it to the dealer for a diagnostic <------yes, but these dealerships are trustworthy, but expensive and I haven't made friends with the local 3rd genners yet, so yeah.

What does this sound like to you guys? I did a search and came up with that maybe an injector is stuck, or the timing is to retarded. If it helps the whole manifold was glowing, not just the section from one cylinder.

Gimme your ideas.

Thanks

What trouble code did the SES set?
