Y-pipe compatibility with hedman #68491
I have a set of Hedman headers that I am purchasing off a friend. They are for a dual cat car, so I am in need of a single cat y-pipe because my car currently does not (dunno that it ever did) have a dual cat system. Wondering what would be the best route to accomplish this! Thanks fellas

i would straight pipe it into your catback. but if you want to keep the cats, get some catco's off ebay 29.95 each. you will be able to feel a difference in power from single cat to dual, not really big power, but its worth it, IMO

I'm worried about smoging, last time I smogged the tech was really cool and he didn't even look for a cat. But I have heard people going from single dual on a car that wasn't originally equiped, being told to change it back. I would so the dual cats if I had a dual cat setup. I guess I could fab one, anyone got some pics?
