i'm looking for the loudest muffler i can get for my 1982 camaro berlinetta. please help guys. i have a flowmaster 80" on her now but thats not loud

so these mufflers u guys are talkin bout louder than flowmaster's super 40 or american thunder 40s

 

No comparison. Sometimes it almost seems like the bullets are louder than straight pipe.

 

yea but what is loud and what sounds good are two entirely different things. plus it is subjective

 

Super 40s are fairly quiet. I just took one off my GTA. It was on there about a day and a half. Didn't make any sound at all. Delta Flow 40s which are what the American Thunder exhausts use are a little louder. Original 40s are the loudest regular case Flowmasters.

Dynomax Bullets are basically a glasspak muffler but use less packing. Loud.

 

wow flowmaster adverstises them as louder.... i have original 40s and love teh sound... i HATE the sound of glass packs that thwapping soud is so ghey

 

well now does anyone kno a price comparison between flowmaster and dynomax roughly?
