question about the hooker 2210's
I read the thread above because i want to get a set of LT's that have 1 3/4 primaries, but i want decent clearance and good fit. it seems these are a great match. i have an LT1 starter to use, so that's not an issue. what i'm wondering is, do these headers touch the transmission pan at all? the hedman headers I'm running now touch right up against the pan (B&M deep sump) and I'm woried that's it's heating up the fluid. I want to change this when i install my sportsman II heads. other than needing a mini starter, and a little grinding on the k-member, is there any place these things touch? if anyone has pics of a car with these headers and a th350, that'd be great.

what did they run you? did you get them coated or uncoated? you've really piqued my interest in these. if the prices are pretty fair, I'm gonna go with them.
