cat problem

There's a rattling coming from what seems to be my cat, I even had someone tell me while I was at a stoplight that it was my cat. Where can I find a nice hi-flo cat for my car? While I'm in exhaust forum, I've been looking for a GOOD set of headers for my car (2.8L). I've only been able to find Pacesetters and on 60degreeV6, it said MESA made 2.8L headers. I don't think SLP or Hooker or Edelbrock or the like make headers for my car. What is everyone's opinion on Pacesetters? Thanks
