Have never done anything ceramic coated and honestly don't know much about it. Main concern is there anything I need to worry about concerning the coating? The extent of my knowledge in the area is metal + real hot = malleable Have to bend my lt's b/c of clearance issues with the manual trans.

The ceramic can take a little bit of bending. If you have to bend them enough to provide clearance, it probably can't take that much.

As I understand it, you'll only have to spend a little more than what it originally cost to coat the pipes - they'll have to charge you some to strip the coating you ruined, then the same amount as original to recoat them.

All modifications should be performed prior to the coating process. You might want to consider selling your LT's, buying an uncoated set, modifying them to fit, sending them off for coating.
