My headers are rusted on- how to prep them?
I'm about to do a full exhaust overhaul and I'm worried that my 20 year old headers are rusted (same with my O2 sensor). Is this common, if so, how do I avoid breaking bolts? Is there an ideal engine temp for seized bolts? Anything?

Thanks. I read about how I should remove my O2 sensor with the engine warmed up a bit, does the same go with headers? I can't wait to get these things gone, the are COVERED in rust and really ruin the look of the engine bay.
