My only reccomendation is to run over the rear axle if you only have 1 pipe (i.e. not dual exhaust). Dumping before the wheels isn't ideal becuase it can make interior noises louder, and its against the law in some states (if that applies). Should sound rather badass though, and easy to swap a muffler if it isn't to your liking.

which muffler should i get for this exhaust? magnaflow race series or a sweet chamber or dynatech split flow muffler? I want the deepest and best flowing of all three.

You will find that engine size and power output effect exahust sound more than mufflers alone. You should be happy with any "high flow" unit that you choose. The sound between brands is fairly similar.
