Cutouts and o2 Sensors?

What happens if you use the quicktime cutout in a Mass Air Flow car (1989 Camaro). Also with the o2 sensor in the cat, will this cause any problems?

You shouldn't have a 02 sensor in the cat in an 89. But if you do, it will depend if the cutout is before or after your cat.
