it's an awesome system. excellent sound, excellent construction, excellent quality, excellent company, excellent flow, excellent performance, sh*tty price.
you can get them used all over the internet though, shop around and I'll bet you can find $500 for one.

the GMMG sound on a 4th gen is the sweetest sounding exhaust note. if you can reproduce that, I would love your car forever, haha

Way too expensive for what you get. Read my replies to this thread:

My rear section is similar in design except that I came up with mine before I even heard of GMMG. I built my system from the cats back for less than GMMG's "axle-back" setup.

Yes but.... I bought mine directly from Stainless Works. According to measurements I took before buying them, I determined that their 24-inch muffler was a little too long. So I ordered a pair of custom length 22-inch mufflers and I had them polished directly from SW.

The body of their 2-1/2" inlet/outlet mufflers are 3-inches in diameter. I did not measure the inside diameter before having them installed.

Are your cats installed on that run?
Yep. No supercharger though. Don't forget, it's a 305.
your car is much louder than mine. But that might because you have about 400 more horses than I do.
Well, that was with my windows rolled up too. Although it really is loud, it doesn't resonate at any speed so I'm very happy about that! 400 more? Geez, you're only running 50??? Honestly, I don't know how many horses I was pulling with that setup. I guess it's whatever gets you through the traps at 118+ mph.
How much did those GMMG's run ya I am thinking about redoing my rear section so i can put some tips on it.
Go for it! You mean my Stainless Works mufflers?

Yea I ment Stainless works Chammbered mufflers. Don't know why I said GMMG
. I see that Polished 24" ones cost $130 or so shipped so I was thinking about $100 for 22" non polished(I'm not big on the polished mufflers).

Well, I bought the mufflers over two years ago so I don't remember exactly what I paid for them. But, sorry to say, that custom length mufflers did cost more than the "standard" 24-inch length, not less. I think I paid $25 extra.
