no cat no problem?
bought a 91 GTA a while ago. when i bought it the guy told me it had a flowmaster exhaust with out a cat. i didnt think much about it. i just plated it in a county that dosent need emissions. but recently a buddy of mine said that running the car with out the cat could cause me some problems with the engine down the road. is this true or is he just an idiot?

It can produce problems with speed density induction systems if no PROM tuning is done. But, that's more of an issue where the factory system was very restrictive (such as the LO3 system).
If the car is running okay, no lean spots, you won't have any more problems down the road than you do now (due to the cat removal, that is).
