Would this I-pipe fit on my exhaust set up?

Its over at www.summitracing.com and here is the part # WLK-43248

It's 3inch piping all around which is exactly what I want to relate to the bullet 3 inch muffler I have on the car now. I mated the bullet to my stock i-pipe and stock tail pipe...I may just leave the tailpipe out and get the I-pipe...

Anyway my main question is, would this fit on my stock exhaust, would it be a direct replacement for my stock i-pipe just bigger.

I found another one and its a bit more expensive WLK-44063, its the same width, same 3 inch piping I just don't know why its about 40 dollars more....better materical maybe? I haven't a clue..

Anyway would this work onto my exhaust? I wanna order some of my headers pretty soon but I am pretty stumped as to what headers I should get, I don't wanna spend more than 150 bucks for headers. I may do a search and find out but any suggestions are welcome...

Thanks

EDIT: Oh wait, I am dumb, I have to order both parts fully the whole thing itself is an I-pipe...wow I had no idea...damn it this kinda rules my plans out...crap

I would wait and budget an exhaust. I would parts now and wait until you have them all before you install them. You will save the most money that way. I would also save more than $150 for headers. You won't be happy with cheap headers. I would look at the Macs, SLP's or Hooker 2055's with a strong emphasis on the 2055's.

Hooker 2055's ($350)
Catco 3" direct fit TPI cat #9118 ($100 or so)
TPI Cat-back of your choice ($250 to $350)

All of this will bolt right up without any additonal work (welding, cutting, flaring) and or parts.
