slp headers with dual cats

I was wondering if there is a way you can custom make a dual cat conversion at an exhaust shop to install these headers because I was considering going with edelbrock headers but I have heard nothing but bad things about the edelbrock headers.

i had no problem with it....i installed my 2055's with y pipe and just drove it to the local muffler shop and the did the rest with 2 catco cats. any good muffler shop shouldnt have a problem. but i had a flowmaster y already there for 2 cats.....

Yep, I have a custom 2 1/2" y-pipe on my car, which feeds two Magnaflow 2 1/2" cats. My father is an exhaust specialist however, you're probably not that lucky.

Make sure your local exhaust shop uses mandrel bent tubing, and a true-y connector into the i-pipe. One that looks more like a capital Y rather than a lower case y like factory.
