Just wondering, but why do you need such headers? The stock y-pipe is horribly designed and uses 2 1/4" tubing, if I remember correctly.

I dont have the money to shell out for a whole new exhuast system. I was also thinking of some summit in house long tubes with some purple hornies turndown glasspacks

The benefit would be marginal, I'd think, to connect headers to the original Y. I suggest Hooker 2055's (as will many other members), which has a first-rate Y. Note the stock Y's. The top one is the LG4, the bottom and larger one, the L69.
