Hooker 2055 clearance with frame
Well I got my headers installed and all my exhaust hooked up. The problem is there is very little clearance between the passanger header flange that connects the y-pip and the frame, has anyone else run into this problem. If see will th engine twist enough to cause problems. There isnt really anything you can ground or move to gain room. Any info would help.

I'd guess mine had about 3/4" to 1" of clearance between the header and the subframe. Perhaps your motor mounts are saggy? Mine are about 21 years old and it still had enough clearance for engine vibrations, twist, ect. However, the fuel line is VERY close to the header, which worried me a bit. If this is the case for you, I recommend a re-routing of the fuel lines. I was going to do it, but I don't think I am skilled enough to be working on my fuel lines and my headers are Jet-Hot coated as well.

I had to cut off a corner of the A-arm mount to the frame after putting on new poly engine mounts. No problem before with the saggy stock mounts.
