Yes they will fit but I highly suggest you choose another set of headers. IMHO the only thing flowtechs have going for them is their fit. Everything else is garbage.

i know i've herd nothing but bad things about them ...
but i figure, there cheap ( budget build ) i will not winter drive it
and they are far more superior then the stock manifolds
so in the end, for the price there good, ps i dont live in the states
and a pair of 2055 hookers are 900$ tax in for the non-ceramic
set... so u can imagine why i'm bying the flowtechs

You will have to buy quality flange and collector gaskets. The stock ones that come with those headers will last for about five minutes. You will also have to get header bolts and will have to drill out the O2 bung. There is about a 99% chance that every flange will be bent. This will prevent them from ever sealing. Your initial "cheap" purchase will bit you in the behind after you spend additonal money (quality gaskets and bolts are not cheap) and time to make them work. I used my Flowtechs for less than 2000 miles before I threw them in the trash. They are garbage and will make you unhappy. I would save up for better headers.

Do a few searches. I have a long thread devoted to my experience with them.

Re: will t5 & flowtech headers fit ?

Dont buy flowtech headers i have and when my windows are rolled up i smell exhaust that is how bad they lead after 3 sets of collector gaskets. I am thinking of just welding them.

The fitment was horrible also. THe flange holes were too small for the bolts they supplied .

If you do buy them make sure you have a good dremel ready and a welder.
