hooker bbc 2226 on sbc with adapters????

i have been looking to upgrade my leaky restrictive hedman shorties and 2.5 y pipe..yukkk....and i know the 2210 hookers are the way to go but i also saw the hooker 2226 headers for bbc in a 82-92 third gen. these route the exhaust out under the doors then looks like easy dual set-up from there..thats what im picturing anyway.. and they are 1 7/8 primaries i think. and i have seen adapters that you bolt to your heads and you can runs with bbc flanged headers... just an idea i know it wouldnt be cost effective but has anyone done it or used the 2226's????

there is no way you'll be able to get adapters to make the O O O O exhaust port pattern of the bbc fit your
O OO O sbc exhaust port pattern.
