Hedman long tubes, true duals, and an oil cooler

The time has finally come for me to scrap my junk exhaust and step up to something nicer. I've already purchased a set of hedman 68460 full length headers, and was planning true 2.5 non mandrel bent duals with an H pipe 14in down from the collectors, from there it will run to a pair of old style Chambered mufflers and dump. I have a few questions on this setup, first and foremost has anyone ran the Hedman long tubes with the factory installed oil cooler? I'm debating doing a remote mount filter if I run into issues here. I already have a mini starter so I don't believe I will have any trouble on the passenger side of things but time will tell. Now for the H pipe, when this is installed does this act like a termination point for the secondaries? I know it has some effect on tuning but it seems like it would be extremely hard to calculate what that effect would be unless the diameter and length of the pipe was taken into account. My other option would be to run a pair of dumps, but once again, should these be ran before or after the H pipe? I've used and ran through http://www.headerdesign.com/index.asp and came up with a pretty good outline for what I'm after but I still have alot of questions, and I want to be well educated before tackling this job. Thanks in advance everyone.
