Bad Jet Hot Experience

I also (along with 92RSZ) recently had a problem with Jet Hot. They (Matt) quoted me $242.90 to Coat and Ship back to me my Hooker 2055 and the Y-pipe that comes with it. Everything was fine until I checked my credit card account and saw that they charged me $305.02. I called Matt about this and he explained that the Y-pipe that comes with the Hooker Headers is a foot longer than the 5' that he quoted me for, and that they were going to ship the headers and Y-pipe seperately, so it would be more money, but he told me he would try to package them together so he could knock off about 40 bucks from the $305 price...that was 7 days ago and they still haven't credited my account...I'm still waiting...I think its BS that they did that, especially since they've done so many hooker 2055 headers, they should know how long the pipe is that how to ship them....

Man that's weird, when I got my headers done I was quoted 272.38 for everything. But I measured the Ypipe myself and told them 6 feet total.I dropped them off at jet hot personally and they shipped them back to me a week later.

Which Jet Hot did you get them shipped to? There are 2 locations. The one here in AZ seems to be pretty good. The other one, Mississippi I think, has been getting a bad rep lately.

Yep, thats where i shipped mine...i just talked to "Matt" today and he said it should have been taken care of...he said he would look into it "Tomorrow." I will call him on Friday if he doesn't call me and let him knowthat he has one week to credit my account or I'll have to fill out a Complaint Form with Capital One, (and I will).
