Just a little extra power
Just a little extra power
Hey Guys
I have an 86 firebird, with a 2.8L V6, I'm just wondering what i can do to get more power out of the car, I don't really want to replace the V6. Any seggestions are greatly appreciated.
Thanks for any help you guys can give me.

Hello!
Since you posted in the exhaust forum.... WHAT A GREAT PLACE TO START!
Get a nice exhaust, something like Magnaflow, with a nice flowing (and sounding of course) muffler. Possibly a high flow cat as well?

Well you won't get much power, but you can pick a muffler of your choice and get an exhaust shop to install it relatively cheap. It will give a better sound.
Your only choice for real power is an engine swap.
