Does anyone have any information on exhaust interchange for TPI 305/350 motors?

I'm looking for exhaust gasket information about late 80's Z28/TA 305 TPI motors.
Do all exhaust gaskets interchange?

Also I noticed that stock iron headers from a 1988 305 Chevy truck have larger runners and larger outlet diameters. My idea would be to install these stock truck headers onto a stock 1989 T/A 305.

Local car persons tell me the bolt patterns are the same for all 305s.

Does anyone out there know? Is there a guidebook availiable?

 

as long as its the same exhaust port style, which they are no d-ports they will interchange no problem. all smallblock chevy gen 1 engines can interchange parts minus cams and lifters. I would imagine that you would match the exhaust gasket to the header itself. They usually come with the headers so I never looked into header gaskets.

Bolting patterns for the 305 are the same for the 350 are the same for the 283.
