Exhaust leak question

Car: 88 GTA, 74 T/A
Engine: 383 stroker (Procharged)
Transmission: TH400 w/brake (new 2013)
Axle/Gears: 12-Bolt S60 - 3.73 (new 2013)
Exhaust leak question
I have a 88 GTA, i just put a 383 stroker in it. i have a set of headman headers that bolt up to a flowmaster y-pipe. For some reason my nuts rattle loose no matter how tight i get them. i have tried double nutting and also all steel double lock nuts and nothing seems to work. i have even tried using lock tight but i have my doubts if that would help much. Any suggestions? Thanks

Transmission: T 5 W.C. now
Axle/Gears: 3.73:1
Get some new nuts,(no not those kind) bolts, and lock washers.Make sure if you use locktight you get the hightemp. stuff / else it will just melt right off like butter.
