dynomax bullet to annoying?

I have ordered my 3" inlet/outlet bullet from summit and I plan to place it right after the cat. and it will dump right beside the rear tire. It will have the stock cat. converter before the bullet. Will there be a loud drone inside the car while going down the road? I'd like to be able to hear the radio. If there will be a loud drone would it be better if i run a 3 inch on back and have it tucked out of sight?

Thanks - Charlie.

It'll be loud, if that's a concern, I'd suggest dumping it out back further.

Dumping out there will be real loud, and probably resonate bad. If you put it in the stock location, it would not be too bad. I am in the process of doing just that on mine.

Do they sound just plain raw, or do they have a mellow sound to them ?

Might not be too bad with the stock cat on there.

Yours sound totally different then mine, Mine are the small in length ones and have more of a deep tone .. but I guess it all really depends on what all work is done to your engine (like cam, head etc..) nice ride though! Mine are deep, hallow sound (I have a good size cam and stuff so they thunder abit .. i love 'em and wouldnt go back with a chamber muffler lol)
