headers insite
I just bought 68470 headman headers and the matching y-pipe, after reading the sticky they seemed ok for the price. Is there anything to be aware of besides the o2 sensor bung and the ministarter problem. Are they a nice easy drop in
I bought the 68471 without the bung and in my opinioin they were a pain in the butt as with alll headers. Best to install goin from underneath then up. Still had to take out the hammer but what can you expect for the price I guess.

Mine dropped in from the top on either side fairly easy. Best way I've found is to remove all the spark plugs, and the drivers side valve cover, then drop the header down near the front of the motor, and slide it back. Done.
Took me about an hour to install mine.

Get an O2 bung... its a special fitting that gets welded onto the collector specifically for the O2 sensor. Most good exhaust shops should have them.
