Build me a exhaust

Okay guys my friend just got a x-pipe dual exhaust with flowmasters and such for 700 with no headers, price does include installation. He says i can't get a better system for cheaper.

So can you build me a system better than that for less than 700. I would like to install it myself but i can't bend tubing, and can't weld. So if you can get something that i can install myself with the stock hangers n such that would be cool. Also if you could include headers and things too cause that would make it a better system.

I know it's a little confusing but basically get headers, exhaust system with easy install, for less than 700.

BTW his is 3''

edit: my exhaust is completly stock.

I had my exhaust system build for less than $700, It's a 3" Mandrel bent custom pipe $300 and my 2210 header was pruchase for 245.00
here is the pictures of what my exhaust looks like.

hooker 2055's, 3" straight pipe, with your choice of a 3" catback.

400$ for the 2055's, 10$ for the straight pipe, and anywhere from 150$+ for the catback, depending on what company you want to support.

factory routed, tucked up, and 3" diameter. can't beat it for a "bolt-on".
