Hooker 2055 coating question?
Seems everyone likes the 2055's as far as fit goes.
Is the coating from Hooker worth the extra $$$$ or am I better off buying the headers and having them coated independently?

I've heard both good and bad about the Hooker coating, and good and bad about Jet Hot.
I'd tend to go the uncoated route, get them fitted and modify the collector flange ball, opening it up centered on each downpipe, then send them off to get coated.
Wait, that's what I did. . .
