you could go single in single out one chamber, you will only have one exhaust tip but it is a loud "race" muffler, about 70 bucks.

It will be louder and you will probably like the end result, but you have to worry about emmisions in a smog area, i never run a cat but i also have connections for stickers.

You want it loud??? do you know any one with a welder??? go to your local auto parts store.....buy 3 pieces of straight pipe, one 45 degree pipe and two 90 degree's you can figure out how to do the 90's and straight in a "U" shape. Make a hanger to hang that on. then cut a hole in the right place weld the 45 on the back side of the "U" so that it can clamp onto your factory inlet pipe and you run no muffler. And trust me.......it makes it load as you want it to be with out gutting your cat
