Installing a cat-back in 1 piece possible?

I have a 91 Firebird V8... I just bought it and it doesn't have a cat back currently on the car (rusted off) ... I got a used stock cat-back, but it's completely assembeled. I'm curious how hard it will be to put it on the car in one piece, or am I going to have to have an exhaust shop cut it apart to install it?

Advice appreciated... Thanks!

It will go in as one piece just fine. Just have to remove the rear end from the car. Will be alot easier if you can cut the cat back and then have it welded .
