I have the 3 inch race ready electric cut out and it leaks a little bit which is really annoying. If i hold the button down to keep it closed all the time it seals perfect. does anyone know how to adjust these? here is a pic of what a race ready cut out looks like.

If you bought it new, id call the manufacturer. Amazing what a phone call can do sometimes. Dont be angry at first, just tell them the problem (complaint form), see what they do.
