I've never seen anything like that. If it's dual, and both cats dump into each side of that "O-pipe", where does it go from there?

I'd buy it, just for the bends and two merge collectors! Take a bandsaw to it and viola! Enough pieces to weld up a proper exhaust for only half the cost!
