ok today i changed my stock manifolds for the edelbrock manifolds and y pipe now the car wont start. it started for a minute but it sounded and acted like it was firing on the intake side not exhuast. all the wires were labeled and put back in same position and the car ran fine before the header swap. i also removed the air system could this have caused my problem?

 

are u POSITIVE you have the firing order correct? I know you said you labeled em but you never know..

 

i got frustrated today so i stopped tommorow i will go out with the book and check again and see once battery is charged see how things go.

 

well yea i misread the book and wired the dizzy counter-clockwise vice clock wise.

 

lol it happens...instead of running back and forth to the computer to look a picture i just printed it out with me and made sure they were correct outside.

 

i have the shop manual but had a blonde moment.
