Get it from Thunder Racing, Dave Tuschoff. You will need some header flanges, six feet of three inch tubing from NAPA, and two 90 degree bends that you will cut in half to make four 45's. You may wither choose to roll your own merge (like I did) or else buy the Flowmaster merge, but it's a long puppy. I've got the Flowmaster merge sitting around my house: I didnt use it, and probably wont ever use it. I'll sell it for $35 if you want it.
You'll also want a 3.5-inch to 3-inch reducer for the exit, and either use a stainless steel band clamp as a slip-fit, or else get yourself another pair of header flanges and some gaskets from Thunder for that particular connection.
Lastly, you need to weld in some kind of exhaust hanger. Thunder Racing has them as well, and these are a hanger that gets bolted to your floorboard, then is clamped or welded onto the Y-pipe, with a rubber isolator in the middle.
Go here for my fabrication pictures and head to the random pictures section.

whats a flowmaster merge? the Y part? if its what I need then I'll more than likely take it off your hands...got a picture of it?
I looked at your pictures...but remember Im going under the cross memeber cause of the 700r4.
on a side note,,,take a listen to my cam in the HSR section and tell me what you think..its open headers but i dont have exhaust run yet
thanks!
