cat back intermediate pipe

I was wondering if I could purchase just the intermediate pipe from a cat back system? I would like to get a 3 inch pipe from the cat to the muffler. I have a muffler and tail pipe ready to go and do not need a full cat back system just the intermediate pipe. Anybody know where I can get one?

Dynomax 43248 & 44063. From summitracing.com, add "WLK-" to the front of those numbers.

Unless you have a direct-fit 3" cat, it won't bolt on directly.

Yeah, I was actually looking at those pieces today. So for about $160 I can get a 2 piece intermediate pipe, no muffler and no tail pipes...Doesn't sound too good to me. For what, about $50 more I can get a complete system with a muffler and tail pipes? It's got to be cheaper to buy a pipe and some mandrel bends and fab one yourself. Any other options?

I'll try that. I believe I called Summit and asked for just an intermediate pipe and they said they didn't sell it like that so we'll see.

I have them on my formula, has a 2 bolt flange at the cat end. I had my cut and welded to a magnaflow cat.

Severals years back, I checked for an I-pipe. I called Edelblock and a tech person gave me the part number for an edelbrock I-pipe and cost. I asked the tech guy if I could buy individule peices of their exhaust he said yes. not sure if they still do that.
