most likly a stupid question...
can i get away with glass packs as my mufflers and have shorty headers and a high flow cat? would it pass emitions?

There are no legal restrictions with regard to emissions past the catalytic converter. However, there are safety and noise laws in a lot of states and localities that glass packs could get you in trouble over.
