It will bolt up under the car, but the connection to the cat converter is not a direct fit. You will need an exhaust shop to make that connection for you with a pipe and some welding.
I have that exhaust, and actually purchased it from that seller. Had a minor delay in shipping, but no real issues.
It won't bolt up anywhere. The hangers are not the same. Physically it's the same as any thirdgen exhuast so it fits fine, but you'll have to figure out the hangers in the rear. I bought some universal ones, but am looking at going with the SLP loudmouth hangers. This kit looks like it will work better, and I'm planning on trying it. SLP Hanger kit
The ones I used were rubber on both sides and there's nothing really holding it in place, like the factory style on the drivers side.
I bought a 45* 3" stainless pipe as well, and using the supplied flanged end it's easy enough for an exhaust shop to make it work.
Also those clamps aren't great since they are stainless. They tend to be one time use only, the threads fold over too easily when tightening them so trying to get them off can ruin them. Found this out after trying to readjust the muffler position.

I used different tips.

If your 305 TPI 5-speed is a single cat model with 3.08 rear gears, you have the TBI style 2.25" cat back. The dual cat model with 3.42 gears will have a 2.75" cat back. The muffler only will sound better, but the larger pipe will flow better, too.
