hey guys,
im lookin at installing an electronic exhaust cut-out on my car. i dont want to spend money on a whole system and i want to daily drive it and still have performance exhaust in the flip of a switch. I've been lookin at race ready performance's cut-outs and they look like a quality product, lifetime warranty and all. Does anyone have any experience with these? Any feedback appreciated

 

I got mine from quick time performance, out of the summit catalog.

I have mine behind where the cat used to be. approx.under the back part of the front seat. I absolutly love mine. It does take about 3 sec for it to be open all the way. Sounds great about a 1/4 open . Dont have any proof that it performs any better yet tho.

 

my buddy had quik time cut outs on his car and the butterflys broke and quik time didnt warranty them.. race ready performance has a lifetime warranty and i want them to last so im leanin towards the race ready's

 

i had multiple problems with my race ready cut out. it leaks, and one time the whole motor came off. lifetime warrant but i think the cut out sucks.

 

really? did you contact RRP about it? because ive heard nothing but positive feedback from customers on other forums, you might've just had a bad cut-out. they'll probably replace it.
