Stock 86 lg4 iroc.Do I need that exhaust/air flapper thats at the end of the passenger side manifold when I replace the exhaust from there back?I do need to pass just a slack underhood visual for inspection.It makes alot of noise until the car warms up.thanks

 

Just take and remove the butterfly and then weld the shaft.

 

thanks,I assume it wont mess up anything else?I do have all my a.i.r. smog stuff intact.
