They bolt together.
I don't recall if the headers have the O2 bung. Most do, but Hedman can be a little off the beaten path. I know they have a collector reducer with an O2 bung.

The headers do not have the 02 bung and they come with the reducers. And the reducers they come with dont have the bung either. I'm not sure with that y-pipe, but with part #17470 you don't need the reducers, they just bolt together with the donut clamps.
