HCR13 Please fix your signature it is causing the page to be streched out way to far.

The inspection places will pay for the testing equipment. The state and counties in some places will then get the extra money for the inspection fee. That is why I say it's coming to a state near you. NC for a long time did not do the testing. But after 4 terms of 2 governors and 1 of them having to go to court the state is broke. So now we have testing before you can get your tag sticker.

His sig pic is barely over the recommended size (and only in the height...the width is under it) & within the 5 line "limit" of text. I suggest looking at your browsers setting if you have a window viewing issue on your PC.

I thought it was his sig causing the page to be to wide but looking at other posts he has made the issue must be from something else. I'm only having the issue on page 1 of this topic.

Stephen, something is wrong on that page. I studied Computer Information Systems and I checked my "Display Settings" and my browser settings and all is fine on my end. But when I get on the page that causes the issue, it occurs on my end too.
What ever the cause guys, this is a different topic. Further comments about the webpage need to be taken up via PM to the Moderaters or JT.
shall we?

It's not him. It is SERIO who using a VERY LARGE pic in his sig, that is causing your viewer stretching issue.

My money is on red dragon 85's unbroken line of HAHAHAHAHA. (it also perfectly matches the width of the posts, at least from what I see it does)
Since there is no break and the forum software does not enforce a mandatory break, it displays the whole line as one line because that is what it sees it as.

I am surprised that this forum software does not support resizing individual posts like some other stuff does, that way only the offending post is massive and the rest have a normal width.

You really want to know lol. Well i waited till the date on my ticket. I went to the court house and they said there is no ticket on me. So I moved on doing my own thing I went to court on June ok. Then in September they send me a letter saying that there is a ticket on my record lol. The letter stated that I had to pay a fine of $700, I was like wat I got this ticket like 5 months ago lol. I went to the court house again to see if I really did have a fine of 700 bucks, the lady said yes I did. So i waited like a couple days before deadline which was sometime in December. On my original post I stated I got a front plate ticket as well, so I decided to handle that first. I went to the court to get the front plate inspected and when I went to pay the fine for that. The lady said that I was cleared nothing else showed up but the front plate. I was shocked that I even asked her to repeat herself lol. I have no idea what happened but I was happy after leaving the place lol.

I just dont see it coming to my state. It will put tens of thousands Of people out of work because they simply cant afford to buy a new car or get there old vehicles back into compliance.I could be wrong.
Heck weve got more cows in this state than people so theres no telling what the govt may try.I just cant see them that worried about a state whos population is about the same as the Dallas/Fort worth area.

But in Texas, not the whole state emissions tests. Dallas/Ft Worth does. And Austin/Cedar Park/Round Rock Georgetown. And San Antonio. And Houston. And El Paso (i think). It based on population density.

Emissions requirements are by county here. Some just Safety. Some Emissions & some even stricter emissions tests. I'm 5 min out of a county that does, in the next county that doesn't. So living just 5 min away, I would hafta test.

And yes. When Texas started the testing, some shops had to close up, or shell out the $10,000(i heard it cost that) for the emissions test machines.
